How do you accomodate single travelers? Single supplements can be arranged for an additional cost. They are not always available because we choose lodging that is in small boutique hotels, villas, guesthouses. If it is not available, we do our best to find an appropriate person to share a room with.
I am vegetarian/vegan or have other dietary restrictions. Can you arrange meals for my needs? It has not been a problem to arrange meals to meet dietary requests.
Should I purchase travel insurance for my journey? We would highly recommend that you choose travel insurance for any journey out of the country. It is not a requirement to travel with us and is your choice. We recommend a couple of organiztions at the time of your application that can assist you in choosing a policy that is appropriate for you.
What if BlueBee Odysseys cancels an odyssey? BlueBee Odysseys reserves the right to cancel any trip due to inadequate sign-up or other unforseeable events that make the odyssey unfeasible to do. We will inform you at least 45 days prior to departure. In such a case, a full rsefund of land cost is given. We are not responsible for additional expenses incurred by members preparing for the trip (air tickets, clothing, equipment, medical expenses). Do not purchase your air tickets before speaking with a BlueBee Odyssey staff person.
