- * We encourage you to nurture your health and well-being. Participate in gentle yoga and breathwork when offered. Relax more with guided meditations. Walk as much as possible.
- * We strongly support sustainable water practices, and discourage the use of plastic. Obtain a non-plastic bottle that filters water.
- * We are using more sustainable transportion; walking, biking, trains, buses and non-fossil fuel vehicles if possible.
- * We promote restaurants that use seasonal, local and organic ingredients.
- * We choose locally owned lodging with sustainability guidelines.
- * We travel slowly and off season to lesser known destinations.
